Poole Town will be running two teams in this age group in summer 2025. One will be softball and one will be hardball.

The games are played 6-aside with 12 overs an innings. Everyone bats for 4 overs in a pair and bowls for 2 overs. Winter training usually takes place on Saturday afternoons on a regular basis at Poole Grammar School. Summer training starts in mid-April for hardball and takes place at Poole Grammar School on Thursday nights from 5pm. In addition we run a specific Hardball Transition group to facilitate children movign from softball cricket to the hardball game.
